Refund Policy
This policy explains when APIPLANT LTD refunds hosting charges paid through Paddle and how to request one.

We want hosting to feel low-risk. If you are not satisfied with an eligible paid hosting subscription, we offer a 14-day, no-questions-asked money-back guarantee.
Eligibility
- You may request a full refund within 14 days of a new monthly hosting purchase.
- Eligible automatic renewal charges may also be refunded if the request is made within 14 days of the renewal payment.
- Domain registrations, third-party licenses, usage-based costs, and one-off pass-through charges are non-refundable once incurred.
- You do not need to provide a reason to request an eligible refund.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] from the address used at checkout with the subject line "Refund request". Please include your domain name and, if available, your order or transaction ID.
Processing
Approved refunds are processed by Paddle back to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the refund usually appears within 5 to 10 business days.
Once a refund is issued, the related hosting subscription will not renew and the service may be suspended or removed after reasonable notice where hosting has already been provisioned.
Statutory rights
This policy is offered in addition to, and does not limit, any mandatory cancellation or refund rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
