What to include

• Your full name and preferred contact email address.
• The website, project, or domain connected to your request.
• The right you want to exercise, for example access, correction, portability, restriction, or objection.
• Enough detail for us to identify the records involved and respond accurately.

Response times

We aim to respond within 30 days of verifying your identity. If the request is unusually complex, we may extend this period where the law allows and will tell you why.

Identity checks

To protect your data, we may ask for reasonable proof of identity before completing your request. If we cannot verify the requester, we may be unable to release personal data.
