• Whether you want us to erase only marketing/contact records or to close and erase client-related records as far as legally possible.

What we may keep

We may retain limited records where required by tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, security, or contractual obligations. This can include invoices, transaction references, and records needed to defend legal claims.

Effect of deletion

Deleting client service data can limit our ability to continue hosting or supporting your website. If the request concerns an active service, we may need to cancel the subscription before completing erasure.

Response times

We aim to confirm verified erasure requests within 30 days, subject to any lawful retention obligations or operational steps needed to close the service safely.
